In terms of the practical effectiveness, unlike U.S.,
every country can't adopt a registration system with its securities authorities
such as the "Registration with the SEC."
Concerning the international securities transactions such as "extraterritorial listing" and a "depositary receipt,"
whether the securities regulations in a country prove to be effective in practice or
turn out to have been nothing but pie in the sky depends not on domestic securities policies themselves of the country
but on state power of the country in the world
such as military strength in general and diplomatic power toward the other party country.

実効性という点から言えば、米国とは異なり、
「SEC登録」のような自国の証券当局への登録制度は全ての国で採用できるというわけではありません。
「域外上場」や「預託証券」といった国際的な有価証券の取引に関しては、
ある国の証券規制が実効を現すのかそれとも絵に描いた餅で終わってしまうのかは、
その国の国内に対する有価証券政策そのものによって決まるのではなく、
軍事力全般や相手方の国に対する外交力といった世界におけるその国の国力によって決まるのです。

I admit that the family system not only in modern times but also even before the war (i.e. monogamy)
has a lot of inconsistency in it.
For example, the more a person cherishes his/her family from his/ her childhood,
the less he/she can marry someone when he/she becomes a man/woman.
For a person's family are different from the other persons.
This is a fundamental inconsistency in a society.
That is to say, the family system lasts only in one generation,
at least from a viewpoint of a person who cherishes his/her family.
But, it is an established fact a person has been brought up by his/her parents.
That's why a person should cherish his/her family.

現代においてだけではなく戦前においてさえ、家の制度（すなわち、一夫一妻制）にはたくさんの矛盾があることは認めます。
例えば、子供の時から家族を大切にすればするほど、大人になると結婚できなくなるのです。
なぜなら、家族というのは他人とは違うからです。
これは社会における根源的な矛盾なのです。
つまり、家の制度というのは一代しかもたないものなのです。
少なくとも家族を大切にする人から見るとそうなのです。
しかし、人は親から育てられたというのは動かしがたい事実なのです。
それが家族を大切にしなければならない理由です。
