Is the acquistion price of this share repurchase favorable "for the other shareholders"?

この自社株買いの買取価格は、「残りの株主にとって」有利なものでしょうか。

One of the biggest problems of the share repurchase is that no one knows what the equal price of the acquisition is.
Even the fact that the acquistion price is more than zero yen may imply that the price is unfavorable for the other shareholders.

自社株買いの最大の問題点の1つは、平等な買取価格がいくらなのか誰にも分からないことなのです。
買取価格が0円以上であるというだけで、その価格は残りの株主にとって不利である、ということを意味し得るのです。
