What you call an "unnatural" and "unreasonable" transactoin by which a company makes a tax evasion itself
is provided in the Corporation Tax Act and the Companies Act.

会社が租税回避を行う際に用いるいわゆる「不自然」かつ「不合理な」取引それ自体が、法人税法や会社法に定められているのです。
